Offer valid for qualifying new customers enrolled in the Solstice Total Protection Plan. A minimum 12-month completion of the Solstice Total Protection Plan is required. Bait System Installations
Promotional pricing includes up to 160 linear feet of treatable foundation perimeter. Additional linear footage beyond 160 feet will be billed at $3.00 per linear foot. Additional charges may apply for slab drilling, coring, or other treatment requirements identified during inspection.
Liquid Termite Treatments
Promotional pricing includes up to 240 linear feet of treatment coverage at a depth of one foot. Coverage allowance decreases proportionally based on foundation depth. For example, a foundation requiring treatment at a depth of two feet would include up to 120 linear feet under the promotional pricing. Additional treatment beyond the included coverage will be billed at $2.50 per linear foot per foot of depth.
Additional charges may apply for active termite infestations, drilling requirements, inaccessible areas, construction type, or other conditions identified during inspection.
